Awooo by LVCRFT

“Awooo” is LVCRFT’s werewolf dance-pop song from the 2019 debut album This Is Halloween Volume 1. It’s about the hunger that kicks in when the full moon rises, and the howl you can’t hold back.

Listen on Apple Music or Spotify.

What it sounds like

An uptempo 120 BPM dance-pop track with a bright, catchy vocal from DeepKutz over synths, bass, drums and percussion. Mysterious verses build into a howling “Awoo Awoo Awoo” chorus made for the dance floor.

What it’s about

Turning into a werewolf. As night comes around, the singer feels the hunger, the sweat and the pull of the moon, then runs through the fog howling, calling for someone to pull them in close.

When the moon is out
I scream and shout
